About the artist
I’m Kirsten — I paint the quiet moments
My life has been centered around art for as long as I can remember. Raised by two fine artists and art educators, I was taught from a young age how to observe and find inspiration in the world’s quietest moments. I was painting and drawing as soon as I could read and write.
That early exposure led me to a competitive fine art magnet high school, where I received intensive daily studio instruction for four years. While I ultimately pursued my degree and career in elementary education, my creative practice never stopped. With over 7,500 hours of technical experience, I’ve now returned to my studio to share these small-scale original works.
